…as a member of the Disaster Relief Team, my objective was to photograph and document the emotional and physical devastation caused by Hurricane Ike, in Houston and Galveston Texas.
…I interviewed and photographed hurricane survivors receiving humanitarian aid, food, and water…
…approximately two-weeks after Hurricane Ike destroyed the Gulf Coast.
…I was fortunate enough to also participated as a member of the LifeUSA Disaster Relief Team, to distribute food, water, and disaster relief in Texas.
Images for Life USA, also shared with: The American Red Cross, The Salvation Army and The Houston Food Bank, to promote humanitarian relief efforts, in times of need.
